This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a total small business set aside with NAICS 424710 - Petroleum Bulk Stations and Terminals with a size standard of 225 employees
Line items – 0001 Diesel Fuel – 97,000 gallons
Procurement is for up to 97,000 gallons of diesel fuel. Further details specified in the attached statement of work contained within terms and conditions.
Delivery date – Initial shipment within 24 hours of contract award. Other deliveries as required.
The Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition.
