The requirement is intended as sole source contract because Health Management Associates is the only source that can provide Medicaid and CHIP policy and program integrity expertise. Which focuses on state Medicaid agency structures, Medicaid and CHIP eligibility criteria, state enrollment systems and data architecture in accordance with the attached statement of work.
