Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value)





The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires replacement and repair of the potable water system aboard NOAA Ship Ferdinand Hassler.





This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.





(ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-23-01003 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ).





(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02.





(iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336611, Ship Building and Repairing; the small business size standard is 1,300 Employees.





(v) Line items are as follows:

(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of work.
