This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The USPFO for Virgin Islands intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed- price contract for kitchen equipment, installation, and shipping to SFC Leonard B. Francis Readiness Center located at 6304 Estate Nazareth, St. Thomas, VI, 00802.

This action is set aside 100% for Small Business and the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 332215 - Metal Kitchen Cookware, Utensil, Cutlery, and Flatware (except Precious) manufacturing, with a business size standard of 1,000.

Offers are due no later than Wednesday, 20 September 2023 at 1:00pm local time.
