UPDATE - Full solicitation attached
The scope of this contract includes Technical Advisory Services (TAS) related to various infrastructure sectors in support of MCC in the further development and oversight of implementation of a second compact with the GRZ. The infrastructure sectors include, but may not be limited to, transportation, logistics, vertical structures (i.e., buildings and facilities); water, sanitation and irrigation; electrical power; and miscellaneous infrastructure incidental to agricultural production, processing, storage and distribution activities.
The scope of TAS includes aspects of infrastructure planning and analyses, design and construction; project and program design and management related to scope, quality, cost, and schedule; and infrastructure policy analysis and institutional reform assessments. As of April 2023, MCC anticipates most of the scope will be pre-feasibility studies and to provide peer review of feasibility studies and engineering designs produced by others.
