Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Arizona State Field Office has a requirement for the purchase of Aggregate Rock Base, in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1224Q0025 and attachments.

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 212313 and the business size standard is 850 Employees. Referenced FAR clauses are available in full text at: https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=browsefar. Offeror must be registered in the SAM.gov before providing a quote. If the offeror is not registered in SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at: www.sam.gov.

The Government will conduct this procurement in accordance with FAR 12.6 & 13 Simplified Procedures.
