The Requirement will provide Office of Emergency Communications (OEC) support for the National Council of Statewide Interoperability Coordinators (NCSWIC) bi-annual meetings, deliver recommendations following their Policy Academy on a variety of emergency communications policy areas, including promoting interoperable communications, and conduct strategic outreach to emergency communications champions, governor's offices, and state agencies. This three prong plan consists of NGA Center staff attending the NCSWIC bi-annual meetings to meet the nation's SWICs, to share best practices from the Policy Academy on Enhancing Emergency Communications Interoperability, and to identify strengths and weaknesses of NCSWIC's internal methods.
The Government intends to award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may submit a letter via email to the Contract Specialist, identifying their interest and capabilities in response to the requirement. Responses must be received no later than September 22, 2017, 12 pm EDT. A determination to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for proposals or quotations.
