Description

VA-AITC requires maintenance and emergency/non-emergency repair services of the existing Very Early Warning Aspirating Smoke Detection (VESDA) & Freon Detection systems. The AITC VESDA system was installed in 2010, Freon Detection system installed 2023 and is no longer under warranty. These services are required to ensure the fire protection and safety of the entire AITC facility, and specifically the computer rooms 134 and 140, which contain systems that support critical Veteran applications and data. These services are required to ensure the fire protection and safety of the entire AITC facility 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Emergency services must respond within one hour to: 1615 Woodward Street, Austin, Texas 78741.
