Solicitation for a brand name acquisition of 5.11 Tactical clothing and for embroidery. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. DOR, DOR supporting documents, and brand name J&A attached. Please ensure to fully read through soliciation along with supporting excel sheets and PDFs.

See attached Amendment U00001. This amendment answers a question from industry. No other changes are made to the Solicitation.



Question: In reviewing the RFQ, I would like to clarify the DBIDS section. Is the Contractor required to receive/use a DBIDS card?Response: Since the Contractor will not physically be on base (as they are shipping the product), a DBIDS card is not required for the Contractors in this requirement.
