Valley Spur Bike Trail – Hiawatha National Forest



Construct approximately 5,280 (1 mile) feet of single-track non-motorized hiking/mountain bike trail at Valley Spur following sustainable trail standards set by the International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA) and the Forest Service Trail Construction and Maintenance Handbook.



Location: Alger County, Michigan



Project Magnatude is betweeen $35,000 and $100,000.



This project will be a total small business set-aside, NAICS Code 237990, size standard $45M



Davis Bacon wage rates apply.
