Project Name and Location: Chiller & Cooling Tower Replacement,

Senator Paul Simon Federal Building, 250 West Cherry Street, Carbondale, IL 62901

Project Summary Description: Replace existing water cooled chillers and associated cooling tower,

pumps, piping, controls, motor control center, etc. as indicated in the drawings and specified herein.

Minor site regrading, concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, and metal fencing will be included in the

project.
