A firm fixed price contract was awarded IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized, to provide HQ ACC access to IT Research and Analysis Subscription Licenses to inform key decisions in planning and delivering IT services in support of strategic planning, cost reduction, understanding and optimizing software license pricing models, cloud technologies and migrations, agile development, security and risk management, infrastructure modernization, centralized IT management, open architectures, application portfolio management, enterprise architectures, and change management. Contractor must have TS/SCI clearance. Contract includes a base period and four option periods (2 Nov 23 – 31 Oct 28).
