Description View Changes

Argonne National Laboratory is seeking to award a one year duration with two (2) one year extensions, Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) to a small business (as defined by NAICS Code 541310) architectural and engineering firm to provide design services and construction administration support to Argonne’s Infrastructure Program. The Infrastructure Program is tasked with managing construction projects that usually have total project costs under $10M. Typical work under this contract will be to provide pre-schematic, schematic, design development and final design support for various small facilities-related projects across the site to include mainly: office and conference space build-out and refurbishment, laboratory and support space build-out and refurbishment, general interior and exterior building repairs, landscaping and elementary civil construction work. The selected company's construction manager and project architect identified shall be within proximity of ANL to support the requirement of being on-site within a 2-hour timeframe if requested. Companies given the strongest consideration will have a history of providing architectural design services in an ID/IQ framework to institutional customers and show they are capable of consistently providing high quality, innovative design documents while balancing sometimes substantial schedule and budget constraints. Specific Assignments under the contract will be issued with the understanding that architectural design support work will begin immediately to meet Argonne’s needs.
