This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 5-year base period. This procurement is a service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside. Certified Cost and Pricing Data may be required. EEO clearance is not required. Surge applies with an MWR of 1. Progress Payments are not authorized for this procurement. This is a not a critical safety item nor critical application item.
The Supplier Performance Risk System applies. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted.
