The purpose of this amendment is to correct the question submission deadline date: A. From 18 March 2024 NLT than 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time (ET). B. To 5 April 2024 NLT 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time (ET).



Air Force requires its leaders and key personnel, trained with understanding of Air Force planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) process. HAF/A8PE and HAF/A8X requires the Contractor to use Government approved training suite of courses to ensure personnel involved with Air Force PPBE process are prepared for their assigned duties and responsibilities. HAF/A8PE and A8X requires highly qualified contractor subject matter experts (SME) to conduct this essential training requirement.
