Amendment 0001 has been issued and is attached.
The Multiple Award Basic Order Agreement (BOA) is a written agreement between CAFB Contracting and a contractor who would be required to accomplish a broad range of sustainment, maintenance, repair, alteration/renovation, and minor construction projects affecting real property at Cannon AFB. Work performed under this agreement will be complex in nature, require multiple construction trades, and may require detailed engineering design performed by licensed/registered Engineers and Architects.
The primary goal of the BOA is to expedite order award by reducing CAFB design work and acquisition lead time. The proposed agreement would consist of projects that would fall within one of the following categories: 1) DesignBuild; 2) Partial Design-Build; or, 3) Construction Only. Classification would be defined in each Task Order Proposal Request (TOPR) for each individual project.
As projects are identified, CAFB Contracting would issue a TOPR that will describe the Government’s requirements for each project. At the conclusion of the TOPR process, projects will be awarded as Orders against the Basic Order Agreement.
See attached Solicitation FA485524R0004 and associated attachments for all detailed proposal and submittal information.
