Description

The Department of Treasury/Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement that is looking to secure a contractor that can provide financial management support services, acquisition support services, and SharePoint support services. The mission of Individual Master File (IMF) Modernization Program is to modernize individual taxpayer account management functions and distribution of individual taxpayer account data, decommission legacy IMF programs and technology, and support adoption of modernized solutions for downstream systems and end users. IMF Modernization will reimagine core individual tax processing at IRS, and dramatically simplify how individual taxpayer account data is shared with IRS Web Applications, Case Management, Financial Reporting, Compliance, and Fraud Detection systems. For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the Department of Treasury/Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Performance Work Statement entitled, Individual Master File (IMF), Modernization Program Management Office (PMO) Financial Management, Acquisition, and SharePoint Support Services.



The Request for Information (RFI) will be available on April 18, 2024, and will be distributed solely through the MAS Schedule (Professional Services –under NAICS 541611 – Business Administrative Services. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through Kenya.L.Bracey@irs.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring that site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The closing date of the RFI will be on April 28, 2024, at 5:00PM EST. All responsible sources are required to provide a response to the questions within the attachment as well as submit a capability statement. Please submit a timely response via email to Kenya.L.Bracey@irs.gov by the closing date and time specified. No telephone requests, written requests, or questions for/about this RFI will be accepted outside of the acquisition site for which it is posted.
