Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a Sole Source to TRIVERUS LLC. 661 E Steel Lp, Palmer, AK 99645, United States, in accordance with FAR 13.501.

This is for replacement of one various parts for Mobile Cleaning Reclaim Recycle System (MCRRS) Scrubber machine in support of the USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). The proposed contract action is for Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract.
This Notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals.

No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and
submit capability statements no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time, 17 August 2023.
Capability statements shall be submitted by e-mail ONLY as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to the following address: leliza.g.sarino2.civ@us.navy.mil. The email subject line shall state, N00244-23-Q-0260, replacement of one various parts for Mobile Cleaning Reclaim Recycle System (MCRRS) Scrubber machine at USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
