This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140L3724Q0066 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This is a total small business set-aside. NAICS 333120 - Construction Machinery Manufacturing with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Product Service Code (PSC) 3830 - Truck and Tractor Attachments. The resulting purchase order will be a firm fixed price type contract.

Line Item 0010 - Drum Mulcher
The mulcher attachment for the BLM CAT 299D2 skid steer must meet the following specifications.

Compatible with CAT 299D2 skid steer.

Delivery Date shall be 30 days after notice of award.

The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the
Government, price, and other factors considered.
