The Kansas Army National Guard (KSARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion is seeking promotional products that are Buy American Act compliant. The promotional products will be used to support recruitment and retention efforts for the KSARNG. These promotional products will be required to have custom embroidery and print with the KSARNG logo.

The products must meet the requirements set forth in the Buy American Act, which mandates that products must be made in the United States or its territories. The KSARNG is an organization dedicated to serving the community and protecting the nation, and it is important that all products used to support its mission are compliant with federal regulations.

The promotional products should be of high quality and designed to effectively market the KSARNG brand. The products being sought are drinkware, t-shirts, drawstring bag, tactical backpack, expandable backpack with laptop compartment, and gym duffle bag.

This is a sources sought notice and does not constitute a formal solicitation for bids. The KSARNG is seeking information from interested vendors that can provide Buy American Act compliant promotional products. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit their capabilities, including information on their ability to meet the Buy American Act requirement, past performance, and pricing information.
