This requirement is for a single award IDIQ with FFP CLINS. The objective of this Hotel Lodging and Conference Space Leasing contract is to facilitate and expedite individual task orders for each planned DS event. The contractor shall provide pre and post event planning, web based registration, limited logistics support, access control services, limited market research and selection, communications an organizational expertise to provide the necessary facilities to support the DS mission.
Access control services may include, but are not limited to, fencing, barriers to include vehicle barriers and perimeter walls, shelters, screening equipment, and personnel. The process shall involve coordination between, but not limited to nor all inclusive of, the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, the contractor, U.S. diplomatic posts overseas, foreign governments, U.S. sporting groups such as the U.S. Olympic Committee, U.S. Soccer, international sporting groups, international sports governing groups, various U.S. law enforcement agencies and working groups, and host nation sponsors of international events. The contractor must become familiar with DS plans, policies, strategies and programs in order to successfully plan and coordinate events. The contractor will be required to participate in planning meetings, briefings, event execution, and post event wrap ups at either government sites, event sites, or through teleconferences or video conferences. The contractor will be required to perform foreign travel.
