The Air Force is looking to purchase linear transducers that are used in the servoinjector assembly to provide thrust vector control to accurately position the ICBM Minuteman Missile.

Pre-contract award qualifications are necessary to ensure specialized flight maneuver thresholds are met. If not previously qualified vendors issuing new parts under this announcement will need to undergo stringent qualification testing which consists of acceptance testing, environmental testing, and endurance testing. IAW FAR 9.202(a)(1)(ii) if not previously qualified the estimated costs for testing and evaluation, which will be incurred by the potential offering party to become qualified: is $490,800. It is the estimate of the engineering support activity that completion of this qualification effort should require 200 days.
