The contractor shall provide up to 240,000 gallons (- 20%, +0%) of Biodiesel blend, B10 (10% Biodiesel and 90% Diesel Fuel 2(DF2)). The biodiesel shall be soy based and must meet ASTM D6751 standard for Biodiesel.
