Description

The Contractor shall provide services to all eligible Urban Indians, within the New York, New York metropolitan area (defined as Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island plus a five mile radius) for the period of April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025, with four (4) option years, in accordance with the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, P.L. 94-437, as amended, codified at 25 U.S.C. ยงยง 1651-1660h.
