Notice of intent issue a sole-source purchase order to Ovivo USA, LLC (Ovivo). Purpose of proposed award is to purchase replacement parts for Colorado River Agency's (CRA's) existing Ovivo brand trash rake. Replacement parts are required to bring trash rake to full operational capacity in time for summer monsoon season, when weeds and invasive plants are growing at their peak. Ovivo brand parts are required due to proprietary design and parts only available from Ovivo. Solicitation is not available and technical questions will not be answered. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333248. If firms believe this agency should not proceed with proposed procurement, it should submit a capability statement with pricing information by 4/24/2024, 9:00 a.m. Pacific standard time.
