This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside, competitive acquisition for the award of single Indefinite delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
1. Service Description
The Detainee Services contract provides library services and educational seminars to ensure the detainees receive mental and intellectual stimulation consistent with the Geneva Conventions. The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, curriculum development, instruction, transportation, office supplies, and supervision necessary to operate the Detainee Library and perform the Detainee Seminar Program IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Government is expected to provide formal RFQ on or about 15 Apr 24.
