The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform hazard tree removal in a safe manner that will maintain a clean and orderly appearance and in such a manner that preserves both the infrastructure and on site vegetation as defined in this performance work statement (PWS), except for those items specified in Section 3 as government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS (See Technical Exhibit 1).
1.1.1 All trees shall be performed in a manner that will maintain a clean, orderly, and professional appearance of recreation areas as defined in this performance work statement (PWS).
1.1.2 Tree Removal services shall preserve the facilities, infrastructure, and vegetation in a manner that maximizes facility use.
1.1.3 Tree Removal shall allow the Government to perform its duty to provide a safe work environment for its personnel and the public, which includes their safety, wellbeing, health, and welfare.
