CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES A ONE-STORY BUILDING WITH INSULATED CEMENT BOARD SIDING, LIGHT GAUGE METAL FRAME WALLS AND STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF, OVERHEAD COILING DOORS, INSULATED METAL DOORS, CONCRETE SLAB-ON-GRADE, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR LIGHTING, STEEL FRAMED SUPPORT STRUCTURE, HVAC AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, FIRE DETECTION AND SUPRESSION SYSTEMS, GRADING, FENCING AND GATES, AND UTILITIES.
