This requirement is for the acquisition of an Automated Meat Slicer for high volume slicing, stacking and shingle product for the expeditious mass production of sandwiches. The Automatic Meat Slicers must be complaint with the general operating specifications and additional requirements listed in the attached Commissary Equipment Description (CED) 4SMA Slicer, Meat, Automatic (attachment 1) The equipment will be delivered to CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Far East Commissaries. The contractor will be required to deliver to the requesting commissary store and accept payment by a Government Purchase Card (GPC) and/or Wide Are Work Flow (WAWF). There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make award(s), or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFQ. Each commissary will require product delivery within 30 business days. This solicitation is expected to result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.

Each Offeror shall submit a completed Meat Slicers quote for each location, a written technical narrative detailing how their product compares to the requirement, past performance references, and completed copies of the provisions listed in the “Required Offeror Completed Provisions and Clauses” section below. The Request for Quote will be submitted as a separate document.

Quotes are due by April 19, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. EST. All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the contract specialist and contracting officer via electronic mail (e-mail) not later than 12:00 p.m. EST on April 10, 2024.
