On or about 18 March 2024, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for Oahe – Draft Tube Crane Motor Rewinds

The solicitation will close on or about 1 April 2024. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY.

Project Description:

Provide services to inspect, repair (if necessary), rewind, reassemble and make ready for use, two (2) motors for the Oahe Draft Tube Crane. The original motors to be rewound/repaired shall be provided and have the following specifications: 2HP, 1120/550 RPM, 286U Frame, continuous duty, 3/60/440V. Both motors must be returned, fully reassembled, intact, and serviceable, no later than 60 days from the award date. All parts shall be Buy American Act compliant.

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard for Small Business of $12,500,000.

All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity.
