Description

The contractor shall provide technical and administrative support in accordance with this PWS for COMSUBLANT and subordinate activities. This support shall be for COMSUBLANT maintenance and modernization programs IAW the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), Ship’s Maintenance and Material Management (3M) System Policy (OPNAVINST 4790.4 series), Navy Modernization Program Management and Operations Manual (SL720-AA-MAN-030), and Alterations to Ships Accomplished by Alteration Installation Teams (AITs) (NAVSEA Tech Spec 9090.310 series).
