Description

This is for 2 line items. 1/2 Pint Skim Milk (300,000 ea) and Fresh Large Eggs (900 cs). These are to be delivered to FCI Sheridan Oregon.

Your quote must include the following:

1) Sepcification of each item quoted

2) Delivery lead time from the time of award until the expected delivery to FCI Sheridan

3) Price per unit of each item



Award will be based on a best value trade off determination in which price,

specifications, past performance and delivery schedule will be reviewed.
