The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide the below changes and to answer questions from industry:

1. Update ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 of the solicitation to include site visit location, time, date, Point of Contact and associated attachments (Site Visit Attachment 1 – Overview Map and Site Visit Attachment 2 – Site Visit Map).


2. Update the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in response to question(s) received from industry.

Note: The due date for receipt of quotes in response to this solicitation remains unchanged.

All other terms and conditions of this Solicitation remain unchanged.

This solicitation W912DW24Q0SEW is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the project entitled, "Ground Herbicide Treatment Services" on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, equipment, materials, operating supplies, tools, supervision, and transportation, in accordance with the plans and specifications to perform herbicide application on Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA.

This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. As such, competition for this solicitation is set aside for small business firms, ONLY.
