Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG) Occupational Health seeks services for job-related medical surveillance screening examinations and OH services for employees who have the potential to become exposed to health hazards in the work environment. OHARNG employees must be monitored for the impacts of workplace exposures (known and potential) and provided medical surveillance evaluations based on job code and/or identified exposures. The medical surveillance program is a risk-based medical screening and examination process intended to improve combat readiness through early recognition and prevention of occupational exposure. The program incorporates various elements that identifies employee workplace exposures to physical, chemical, biological, or radiological hazards, the effects of such exposure and directs measures to prevent occupational illnesses and injuries associated with these exposures. Program requirements vary based on the individual’s job code, the type of work performed, and the exposures at the worksite.
This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
