Place of Performance:
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a Sole Source contract to KLS Martin (Cage Code 00Q97), PO Box 16369, Jacksonville, FL 32245, for supplying Maxillofacial implant kits for the USS Abraham Lincoln.
The proposed contract action is one in which only one responsible source will satisfy the agency requirements (See FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i)) Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements).
The proposed contract action is Sole Source only.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 1100AM PDT, 26 June 2023, via email to maya.n.maxies-clemons.civ@us.navy.mil. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. The contractor will not be reimbursed for any expenses related to responding to the Notice of Intent.
