Description

Purpose:

Department of Navy (DoN), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), SSGR Groton, CT

requires cable television (TV) services to be provided for Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) crews.

Buildings are located at General Dynamics Electric Boat (“Shipbuilder”) shipyard, Groton CT.

Shipbuilder Address: 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340



Scope of Work Building 80

Contractor shall provide basic cable service for each of the PCU spaces in Building 80 as

follows:

 4 cable boxes shall be provided for each PCU space in Building 80:

o Space 1: 4 cable boxes

o Space 2: 4 cable boxes

o Space 3: 4 cable boxes

o Space 4: 4 cable boxes

Contractor shall respond to any calls pertaining to a disruption in service within 24 hours.



Government will provide:

 A point of contact for Building 80 access

 Assistance in obtaining security badges for all contractors entering Shipbuilder property

 An escort to enter PCU spaces in Building 80

Contractor shall provide basic cable service for each of the PCU spaces in Building 605 as

follows:

 4 cable boxes shall be provided for each PCU space in Building 605:

o Space 1: 4 cable boxes

o Space 2: 4 cable boxes

Contractor shall respond to any calls pertaining to a disruption in service within 24 hours.





Government will provide:

 A point of contact for Building 605 access

Contractor Personnel Qualifications

All Contractor personnel accessing Shipbuilder facility shall provide proof of identity and U.S.

Citizenship.
