This is a Sources Sought Notice from NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Philadelphia Office seeking information on potential firms qualified to provide Redistribution Screening support services on behalf of NAVSUP Weapon System Support (WSS). The requirement is to provide administrative and technical support for the management of the Repairables Distribution office of NAVSUP WSS (Code N9833) including, operational oversight, SIT Reduction and improving the state of Depot Level Repairable (DLR) Item Suspensions.
This submission of information in response to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources. A submission shall not be construed as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services.
Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only and part of market research and will not be shared outside of the Government. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor responses to this announcement. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract.
The expected NAICS code for this procurement is 493190. Any information submitted is voluntary.
It is requested that interested firms submit:
(1) The name, address, phone number, email address, and CAGE code of the firm;
(2) A capabilities statement including a summary of their product/service (no more than 2 pages),
(3) Firm’s size status.
(4) SeaPort NxG Contract holder (Yes or No).
Please restrict all responses to non-proprietary information, and be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Responses are requested no later than 15 December 2022 at 1200 EST. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to Jacob Segal at jacob.a.segal.civ@us.navy.mil.
