Answer: After speaking with the facility representative. There is no attachment B.





Question: Also, your updated Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice has an offer due date of 04/14/23 however in SAM it shows 04/18/23, which one is correct



Answer: Yes, I’m changed the offer due date to 04/18/2023. I’m in the process of updating the Solicitation Notice shortly.

The Network Contracting Office 9 is seeking a vendor that will provide the necessary requirement to the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, Murfreesboro,Tennessee. The facility is is need of a mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). The MRI system will be operated by staff of TVHS. TVHS currently has the brand name, GE MRI. The request is for a mobile GE MRI lease while Alvin C. York Medical Center, building 3 is under construction in prep of replacement of new MRI system. Alvin C. York currently has brand name GE MRI unit, and replace for GE will provide continuity of care and workflow for the Veterans and staff.
