Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Pekin) is making a non-competitive award to fulfill an immediate need to obtain (4) Lochinvar brand water heaters to replace 4 existing defective ones in buildings H1 and H2 at FCI Pekin. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(b)(3) - only one source was solicited due to the urgency of the need, and the acquistion does not exceed the simplified acquistion threshold.
