The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) located in Benicia, California has a requirement for laboratory services to perform analyses of potable water, vessel bilge water, stormwater runoff, paint waste, solid and liquid Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) and presumed asbestos containing material identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Due to time constraints for the samples to be delivered to the lab(s), the lab(s) for the services to be performed must be within the local commuting area of SBRF. Local commuting area is defined within 60 miles of SBRF.
Refer to Sections 9 and 10 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for submittal instructions and evaluation criteria.
RFQ AMENDMENT 1
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quotation due date to February 14, 2024 at 1:00 PM (PT).
RFQ AMENDMENT 2
The purpose of this amendment is to (1) extend the quotation due date to February 16, 2024 at 1:00 PM (PT) and (2) include the revised Statement of Work (SOW) and Combined Synopsis/Solicitation which includes the updated certification requirements.
RFQ AMENDMENT 3
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quotation due date to February 22, 2024 at 1:00 PM (PT).
RFQ AMENDMENT 4
The purpose of this amendment is to post the Questions and Answers (Q&As), include the revised Statement of Work and Price Sheet, and extend the quotation due date to February 26, 2024 at 1:00 PM (PT).
