The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) ABI Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Parking Lot and Sidewalk Replacement/Repair located at Abilene, TX.

The SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and shall not be constructed as a commitment by Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associates with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or responses for this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement.

All questions regarding the SIR must be submitted in writing to Ms. Thuylinh TranNguyen at thuylinh.t.trannnguyen@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than April 13, 2023 by 1300 CDT. Questions received after 1300 CDT on April 13, 2023 will not be considered.

Proposals are due no later April 21, 2023 by 1300 CDT. Any proposal received after 1300 CDT on April 21, 2023 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award.

A site visit is schedule for April 6, 2023 at 0900 CDT. Refer to Section L.3 of the SIR for site visit instructions. All participants must submit interest in writing to Ms. TranNguyen no later than April 3, 2023 by 1300 CDT for participation approval.

To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
