The contractor shall provide the labor, tools, parts, and equipment for the cleaning, inspecting, and the maintenance for one floor scrubbers and one sweeper. Vendor must be factory trained and certified Industrial Equipment Dealer. These floor scrubbers are located at an airport which requires an escort on and off the facility (times to access facility may be as long as 1 hr). Contractor shall provide written documentation for every visit outlining work performed. The contractor/technician that is providing the work will hold a valid government issued ID in order to be allowed on the government installation. The contractor shall provide the following service as described below for the following 2 model Advance units.

Quarterly:
1. Inspect units for proper operation.
2. Make any adjustments to ensure unit performs as designed.
3. Adjust tire pressure as necessary.
4. Grease all fittings as per manufacturer’s guidelines.
5. Rotate squeegees and blades.
6. Check water level in batteries and adjust as needed.
7. Clean battery terminals.
Annually.
- Change all filters, (oil and air).
- Replace spark plugs.
- Change oil following manufactures requirements.
- Replace all brushes (main and rotary), belts and sweeper filters (other than engine).
- Load test all batteries.
- Replace all squeegees and blades.
See attached scope of work for all pertinent requirements to be met.
SCA wage rates apply.
All attached FAR clauses apply.
Email all quotes for soliciation prior to close of RFQ.
This will be a firm fixed price contract.
