The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is seeking sources to supply two (2) generator stator air coolers and one (1) thrust bearing oil cooler to be used on the main units at Lower Monumental Lock and Dam. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333415 and the associated small business size standard is 1250 employees.
Summary Scope of Work - Stator air coolers are straight tube type with water boxes on either end. The new stator air coolers shall be designed for safe operation at a working water pressure of 50 psi.

Thrust bearing oil cooler assemblies are comprised of 2 semi-circular sections. Each cooler half is constructed of a frame supporting 24 finned tubes with a supply/discharge manifold at one end and a return header on the other end. There are two different length/radius combinations of the tubes; 12 each per section. The new thrust bearing coolers shall be designed for safe operation at a working water pressure of 100 psi. The new coolers shall provide equal or greater performance when compared to the existing coolers.
