Place of Performance:
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Seekskadee NWR, WY, has a requirement for a virtual fencing system for cattle or GPS collars. The anticipated required delivery date is June 1, 2024. The NWR requires (250) collars and any other equipment needed to operate the collars such as base stations, batteries, additional parts. Quotes should include pricing for purchasing of equipment and yearly subscription or maintenance plan that any equipment is covered under. This will be a Base plus 4 option years contract.
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. The NAICS code is 335999, All Other Misc. Electrical Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 600 in number of employees
Instructions
All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is Lowest Price technically acceptable. The vendor that submits the lowest priced quote meeting the technically acceptability, will be awarded the contract. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
