Notice of Intent
Department of Veterans Affairs, VA North Texas Healthcare System Medical Center, hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to establish a firm-fixed-price order with Abiomed Inc, for in use at the IMPELLA, RP, US HDE, Pump Set, and Pump Component Circulatory Support, IMPELLA CP, Cath Based, LT Per-Q, VA North Texas Healthcare System, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd. Dallas, TX 75216-7167. The assigned NACIS code is 339112.
This action will allow the VA North Texas Healthcare System Medical Center, to continue to provide patient care without disruption that fulfills an existing Government need.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and is for information purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
