Amendment 03, 23 Jul 2023
- Added "Additional Photos" file to the Attachments section.
- Added "SCA 15-5455 Wage Determination - Otero County" file to the Attachments section. This Wage Determination is applicable to this solicitation and includes the required pay and fringe benefits for the successful offeror to provide to their contract workers for the performance of this acquisition.
- Clarification: The 704 TG can provide an outdoor space that the successful contractor upon request for the storage of equipment and materials, however it will be the responsibility of the contractor to provide a container or other temporary shelter to shield any stored items from the weather, elements, and high temperature conditions in the environment.
- Clarification: The standards in the clause at AFFARS 5352.242-9000, Contractor Access to Department of the Air Force Installations, states the access limitations and background check requirements for the contractor's employees. Additional registration and possible escort by 704 TG personnel will be necessary at the beginning of work, and potentially whenever any work is performed inside government buildings. Escort will generally not be required for most outdoor work. Contractor personnel will be intermittently restricted from the site during some military operations, however such interruptions are generally not expected to exceed 3 weekdays in a given calendar month.

- Information in this amendment supercedes any contradicting information anywhere else in this solicitation.
- Pole survey was completed and determined there are no usage restrictions on designated poles. Survey results will be made available to awardee.
- An additional questions period will run from 30 June at 1200 MDT through the 12 July at 2300 MDT.

The Fiber optic equipment requirement is:
- 3 each of Netgear M4300-24X24F (XSM4348S) - 24x10G and 24xSFP+ Managed Switch
- Each switch will need 4 each (12 total) of SFP+ Transceiver 10GBASE-LR (AXM762) installed at the three buildings specified in the previous amendment.
- This is not a brand name requirement, alternate equipment will be considered so long as it meets the specifications of the model and options above.

The 846 TS at Holloman AFB, NM, is seeking a new fiber optic cable (FOC) system creating a network connecting Tula Peak, the ARC (Bldg 1625), TDC (Bldg 1161), Survey Shop (Bldg 1160), 400K gallon water tank, and Bldgs 1174 and 1179. Total length is roughly 12 miles. Most of the FOC will be ran in existing conduit through pull boxes along the track, including related infrastructure components and equipment, in accordance with the ‘Statement of Work’ at Attachment 1.
