2nd Marine Division (2dMarDiv) G-3 Operations has a requirement for non-personal strategic planning consulting services. This service is to conduct technical research and analysis of force sustainment, training, and integration with other Service, Joint, Agency, and Coalition Forces, and the development of recommendations in order to enhance the survivability of the conventional force aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, NC.
It is the Government’s intention to issue a Firm-Fixed Price, Level of Effort Contract. The proposed acquisition will be 100% Small Business set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541611- (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services). The Size Standard is $24.5 million. The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR part 12- “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services” and FAR part 13.5- “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services” procedures.
This synopsis is not a request for quotes. Solicitation Number M6700123Q0023 will be posted on or about five (5) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov. All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code) and be registered with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at www.piee.eb.mil.
