This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

2. Scope. The Veteran s Integrated Service Network 22 is seeking a contractor to provide Uninterrupted Power Supplies Units. The requirement is for VERTIV CORPORATION; The Vertiv Liebert® GXT5 UPS GXT5-2000LVRT2UXL or equivalent having the following salient characteristics and compliant with the Statement of Work (SOW) attachment.

3.e. Product must comply with the Buy American Act and Trade Agreement Act. See provision below.
