Description

Argonne National Laboratory is looking to source one (1) Seebeck and Resistivity Measurement Device with the following specifications.






  • Data acquisition module with instrument control electronics, water chiller, two-stage rotary pump (10-3 mbar), dual gas-dosing system, and software.

  • Infrared furnace with temperature range from RT to 800°C, including InSb detector

  • Sample holder for cylindrical samples up to 800°C

  • Desktop PC equipped with data acquisition software. Remotely controllable.

  • Bi2Te3 reference sample. Incl. certificate Reference sample for Seebeck coefficient and resistivity



Module MUST be able to measure from Room Temperature (RT) to 800°C.
