The C-17 Program Management Office has a requirement that is for a firm-fixed price contract for NSN: 4920-01-296-1454, Adapter, Test Interface – Pitot Probe, P/N: 17G573001-1, which includes one First Article, one First Article Test Plan, and one First Article Test Report. The C-17 Pitot Probe Test Adapter is designed to slip over the end of the aircraft pitot probe and provide an interface with both the static and pitot ports as well as the pressure temperature test set. The adapter has been designed with three (3) separate test chambers which are completely sealed and independent of on another. Delivery is FOB Destination with shipments in the continental United States. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% SB set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be released on or around 26 April 2024.
